No. Dullam is free to use. You only pay for orders you place — production + delivery + a clear platform margin baked into the unit price. Nothing else.
We don't compete on the cheapest unit cost. We compete on quality, predictability, and ownership — Dullam-owned production, Dullam-owned QC, defect resolution within 48 hours, and one account that handles everything. The premium over an informal print shop is typically 10–20%, and that buys you the SLA the informal shop cannot give you.
At checkout, after you review the design preview and full spec on the order-review screen. Placing the order is your explicit authorisation to start production — there is no separate post-payment proof step. We don't take a deposit and chase you for the balance.
Standard delivery within Lagos is included in the unit price you see at checkout. Express and same-day delivery options are surfaced before payment with the additional cost shown clearly. Outside Lagos is not in scope for Phase 1.
Defects are our problem. If your order arrives with a category-major defect — wrong colour, wrong spec, count mismatch — we issue a remake at our cost, no questions asked. Cosmetic-minor issues get partial credit. Defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
Yes — Net-7, Net-14, or Net-30 depending on volume and history. Available after a short credit review. Your dedicated account manager handles the onboarding.
